Organic Honey from the Bolognese Hills

Oro di Diamanti organic honey is produced in the Bolognese Hills, in a natural environment rich in biodiversity. Our hives are placed in carefully selected areas of the estate, far from sources of contamination, and managed according to the principles of certified organic beekeeping.

All our productions comply with the European organic farming regulations, ensuring an approach that respects the environment, bee welfare and the quality of the final product.
Honey processing is carried out using artisanal methods, without invasive treatments, in order to preserve the natural aromas, fragrances and characteristics of the honey.
Our agricultural approach also integrates biodynamic practices, in continuity with the philosophy adopted in our vineyards and olive groves.
