Organic wines from the Bolognese hills

The organic wines of Oro di Diamanti are born in the Bolognese hills, in a territory suited to viticulture and cultivated with organic methods and biodynamic practices. Here, in our vineyards facing North-West, Pignoletto and other varieties ripen on clayey and silty-calcareous soils that give our wines a distinctive and authentic character.
Each bottle is the result of artisanal production that favors spontaneous fermentations, manual harvesting and aging that respects the natural rhythm of the wine. Our labels include Metodo Classico sparkling wines, bottle-fermented wines, wines on lees and still red IGP wines, each with its own precise identity.

Production philosophy: how our organic wines are born

The production of Oro di Diamanti wines combines certified organic farming and biodynamic techniques applied in the vineyard, such as green manure, plant fertilization, manual working of the shoots and soil management without chemical substances. These practices improve the natural fertility of the land and help to obtain healthy grapes, rich in aromas and aromatic substances.
The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand, in small crates to preserve the integrity of the berries. In the cellar we favor gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentations, and long resting periods on the lees.
