A refined and expressive white wine, produced in just 1,000 bottles.

Type: Still white wine
Grape Variety: 100% Grechetto Gentile
Bottle Size: 750 ml
Alcohol: 13% vol
Allergens: contains sulphites
Aging: stainless steel + bottle aging
Annual Production: 1,000 bottles

Flavus originates from vineyards located in Parco dell’Eremo di Tizzano, between Casalecchio di Reno and Zola Predosa. The medium-textured clay soil and the North-West exposure support a balanced ripening of Grechetto Gentile grown under organic farming with biodynamic practices.

The grapes are hand-harvested and selected in small ventilated crates. After a gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes bottle aging, which enhances aromatic complexity and structure.

Flavus is a white wine that combines freshness with depth, offering a clean and elegant interpretation of still Grechetto Gentile.
