Argutus originates from estate vineyards located in Parco dell’Eremo di Tizzano, between Casalecchio di Reno and Zola Predosa at 220 m a.s.l. Medium-textured clay soils, North-West exposure and organic farming with biodynamic integration contribute to the wine’s aromatic intensity and freshness.

Hand-harvested grapes are softly pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, which builds structure and complexity.
A distinctive feature of Argutus is its overnight skin contact, enhancing the aromatic profile.
